Why has Alferd Spritesheet Unpacker exported the spritesheet as a single frame?
Some spritesheets have frames really close together so ASU has a hard time determining where one frame starts and another ends.
This can sometimes be resolved by clicking the 'Options' button and then changing the 'Distance between frames' value, setting this to 1 will help to unpack tightly packed spritesheets.
If ASU still can't upack it then I'm afraid you're going to have to unpack that spritesheet manually.
How do I uninstall Alferd Spritesheet Unpacker?
You don't need to uninstall anything. Just delete the application folder. Job done.
When I click the 'Export selected' button Alferd Spritesheet Unpacker just freezes, what the cuss?
This is weird but happens on some people's PCs. The error occurs because ASU is trying to ask you which folder you'd like to export the sprite frames to but for some reason the operating system is preventing the 'select folder' form from showing.
To solve this (works for most people) click the 'Options' button and then untick the 'Prompt for Export Folder' check box. Now ASU will just export the frames to whatever location you've entered in the long text box on the main form.
